Website visits and local image processing are different

This website

This is a static information and download website hosted through Cloudflare. It is not an online image editor and does not ask you to upload artwork. The website does not add its own cookies, third-party analytics, advertising scripts or tracking pixels.

Serving a website or ZIP download still requires network requests. Cloudflare may process your IP address, user-agent and routine access metadata to deliver and protect the service. We do not claim that the hosting provider keeps no logs, nor promise a particular provider retention period. This is separate from whether we add analytics or cookies to the website.

The downloaded offline tool

After downloading and unzipping the package, you open its local index.html file in your desktop browser. Image processing happens on your device: the tool does not upload your images or make network requests, and it has no account or hosted processing service. Original image files are read, not modified; exports are new files.

The tool may remember the selected interface language in local browser storage if the browser permits it for local files. That storage remains in the browser; it is not website analytics or an uploaded copy of your artwork.

Gumroad checkout and delivery

Choosing the Batch purchase link takes you to an external Gumroad product page. Gumroad handles checkout, payment and delivery data under its own terms and privacy policies. The offline tool's no-upload and no-account properties do not describe Gumroad's checkout requirements or the platform's cookies and data handling.

The seller uses customer data received for orders, support and legal requirements, retaining it only as necessary for those purposes or as required by law. This statement does not set or promise Gumroad's or Cloudflare's retention periods.

Support and files you share

For paid support or refund requests, reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt email. Limited written support is offered in English or Traditional Chinese, without a guaranteed response time. Free has no dedicated support channel or guaranteed response.

Start with the error text and image dimensions, masking private details. Filenames and export reports can contain artwork titles or personal information; filename cleaning does not make them anonymous. Do not send original artwork or payment details when asking for help.
